KDS for tapas style restaurants
The "single item per suborder" option has effectively split the items up on the screen. The issue I am having now is when select and bump a single item it clears all the items associated with that table. Is there a way to only bump that single item?- Stfdh4nd

I will inquire why the setting is not available. I'm not quite sure what single item per sub order is about. I will test today (Kuwait time) and let you know.- Stfdh4nd

Hi thanks for the reply. I am using micros kds. In the kds options screen the print dopplebon chit option is greyed out and won't let me select it. I can select it in the normal POS settings but not the kds.- Stfdh4nd

Is it possible to display individual items rather than consolidated tickets on the expo display? I work in a Japanese restaurant where multiple items hit the table as they are prepared. The average table has over 12 items hit the table at different times. I'd like to bump individual items...- Stfdh4nd
