It looks like possibly an issue with supervised/unsupervised trunks? I've pasted some output of the monitor with highlights. I know this used to work, but have since been unable to find a way to correct it.

Lugman - They don't have an option after hitting transfer to complete. Just the option to conference/cancel/drop the call. The procedure for recreating/formatting an SD card is something I am not familiar with, but would be willing to try that. Sorry, I deal mainly with CUCM and a legacy...
Thanks! Unfortunately I already had them try that, and they reported that after hitting transfer and the extension, the only options are (conf. cancel drop)
I also had them try putting the caller on hold and then transferring, but that yielded the same result.
