Hi, i just cal'd a windows xp computer it loads the sign in screen but every other screen doesn't load and gives a template loading error. Is this a server error or a client and a possible fix please. Thanks,

in the bottom left it says not store managed.

For some reason the touchscreen editor has been locked out and i am not able to change any of them. How can I disable the lock? Thanks!
