Hi, i have double checked and we dont have any license configured in the avaya IP 500v2, but the system is working for more than a year... any ideas? whats the benefits of upgrading the FW? do you know where i can find documentation for avaya IP 500v2 FW 7.0? Kristijan- KristijanL
