@obtsystems Thank you, that actually worked @Jonah29 some times guests doesn't want to share the no. they are dialing, for privacy concernes I have another inquiry, can I add other single digit numbers, other than 0 and 9, for example can I add 5 for calling the security office or something...- iafify
