I went on a call yesterday that had a nortel mics. Receptionist told me the building had a power issue
overnight and the system had lost programing.
I recycled the system and reprogramed it and all seemed to be good. Then about 2hrs later she emailed and
said it was back to the way it was when...
yes I made the recorded announcement in the auto attendant. When a customer calls in they get the recording,then there is
a small delay and the call is transferred to extension 10.I don't want it to transfer at all.

I am having a problem with a IP office 500 RL9.5 setup.
we are using 9611g tel sets.
The customer moved some sets around.
when I get there 2 out of 3 were synced up when I try to assign ext 221 to one it steals
ext 217 id and leaves 217 unproprable....I tried different programing ideas to no...
ok what I did was assign the
general mb 10 to ext 23. When you
call in it answers on the 6th ring
(with the ring delay set on 4 on ext 23)
also the recording says at first MB not
initialized although I was able to record
a message on it??????
any help would be appreciated!
