Thank you for the replies I have been out and apologize for the delay in response. I cannot find it in any guides either. We will replace the cabinet and the cartridge as this is all that is left to do.

Trying to do a backup on a MICS via a RAD remotely...after multiple tries now stating that the modem did not respond...all programming looks right. Connecting via a DID number and that works reset port on the MICS reset RAD ...UGGGG still will not connect
