has anyone seen Optisets with an 'A' and a line above it, appearing in the lower right screen?
Thanks for the response. I did find out that that A/ appears on the phone when an acoustic adaptor is plugged into the phone for a headset, but these phones don't have an acoustic adaptor or a headset! And it doesn't explain the broken dial-tone. The A/ appeared about 2 days ago on 10 or 12...- CMD0617

has anyone seen Optisets with an 'A' and a line above it, appearing in the lower right screen?
I have several Optisets that have been installed for several months. Today, a capital 'A' with a line above the 'A' appeared in the lower right side of the display window. Each phone with the 'A' also has broken dial tone (no voicemails). Has anyone seen this issue or any ideas what may be...- CMD0617
