I tried setting up on a service group queue message which will play if how much estimated time until a caller will be answered by an agent but did not work. Is this a fault with Solidus 8.3? Please advise. Thanks.

I found out what the fault was. The client was installing the incorrect application version coming from incorrect installation path.
should be coming from \\SERVERNAME\nextccclient\setup.exe
This resolved the issue now.
