    Parnum, that is correct the redbox is 500M away in another building they said that is too far as it has to be within 25M to pick up the digital signal. They were all analogue phone but now upgraded to digital, moving the recorder to the exchangte is not an option. Andy

    Hi All, I need to record calls from a Ericsson 4223 off a MD110, the lines are too far away from the exchange to connect direct to a Red Box recorder digital card, is there a way to tap the audio off the phone and put into the Red box as a analogue input. Thanks Andy
