I would suggest that you take a copy of your supervisor's account in active directory to a temporary account and see if that logs in, which it should.
Then remove the temp account's permissions (under the member of tab) one by one, logging off and back on each time until you find the permission...

Thanks for your reply. I tried your suggestion but the VBA editor comes up blank too.
I know for a fact that there is at least 1 macro in this template as whenever you open it the current date is added. I need this macro changed to show the created date instead.

I have a Word 2003 template with a couple of macros embedded one of which I need to change. My problem is that when I go into Tools -> Macro -> Macros nothing shows up and nothing shows in the VBA editor either.
What am I doing wrong?
