I couldn't get Samsung OfficeServ Manager to connect to this system, even with a nice old Windows XP laptop with an actual DB9 serial port which I've successfully used to communicate with other old computer systems that require a DB9 serial connection.

Telecomboy: with call forwarding, she would have to remember to turn it on and off when leaving and returning to her desk, and I'm not sure how voicemail coverage would work in that scenario (if she had calls forwarded to 12 and then wasn't there to pick them up).

I've been doing some digging, and I've found references to call coverage for Partner II systems r4 and above, so it's possible this may just work -- I'll have to go back on site to try it out.
