Just to advise the migration from Contact Recorder to Media Manager has completed and only took a whopping 36 hours....!!!
Avaya never mentioned that in the manual...!!!
Upgraded application server from 9.1.5 to 11.0.1.8. I have left the Contact Recorder migration to Media Manager process running overnight, however after 12 hours, the process is only 29% complete. Please can anyone help to advise whether this is normal, or am I doing something wrong?

Having an issue with poor quality voicemail messages received on Gamma SIP trunks. General realtime call quality is good, with no cause for concern.
Messages left internally are perfectly fine, when retrieved at handsets (IP1608 and POTs) and by email with .wav attachment.
