I have an up to date Mitel VOIP system using SIP trunks that drops calls at the 15 minute interval due to the service provider sending new port requests and our phones move to the new port but the siperator (SIP Provider) device doesnt.
Is anyone familiar with the LMS, Blackboard? It's used in online course rooms. I'm trying to figure out why submitted posts never appeared. The recipient never received them and in Blackboard, there is no "save" feature, so going back to locate the posts is not possible. Or is it?
I think I got all the answers I need because a short code was created, hunt group, advertised in the setting have all been setup. I think there is now a license issue with IP networking channels and VCM. Thanks for all the tips.
sizbit...thanks for your response and pardon my delay. I haven't been online until now. The type of phones are digital Avaya 5410. The release is 8.1 (67). IP 500 V2. I have 2 controllers on different floors and they are IP networked to reach each other.
I have an Avaya IP Office that I'm trying to setup an All Page for extensions. I have created a Hunt Group number and assigned all extensions to it but this is not working. Please assist.
