    The issue began when the version was 6.7.45 and the issue carried over when upgraded to 12.3. The upgrade was done ahead of schedule with the mindset that it would fix the issue.

    Nevermind. It was either Windows Firewall or setting the CtlSrv to local system account. Not sure which one did it but after that everything is working normally.

    Viewing old audit reports after upgrade -- Aloha Config Center

    I'm trying to view old audit reports in Config Center, but every time I try it tells me "Database Upgrade Required." The system has been upgraded recently so I believe it means to say "downgrade." Does anyone know of some kind of a back door method for pulling up old reports?
