Call me dumb but I am not able to find any night service groups in the system, what menu am I looking for?
I have Gen admin > service modes > next > Name1:night / evening / lunch with evening set to manual trunk answer :Y, and Extra-Dial: none
We recently ran into a train wreck where this system lost power and all of it's settings. We have configured the system to go to voicemail after 3 rings, however when we attempt to program the night service button and activate it voicemail does not pick up any calls. I have double checked that...
