    do as norstar boy says call a local qualified tech Yeah, that plan didn't work out real well for me the first time I tried it. $600 for the unit, $600 to install and program. I have 6 phones in use. I figured I would have them program it once I got it hooked up and verified it was working.

    Yes, they did have us reboot the old one. Power down both the flash and the ics unit. Power up the ics, wait for it to come up, power up the flash. It didn't help.

    My Norstar Flash VM 2.0 (hardware #NT5B06EB, software #NT5878EC)quit working. I called out the company that sold it to me and they said it was fried. As they wanted $600 for a refurb replacement with no warranty, I got one off ebay for $75 and hooked it up. I figured I might have to get them...
