Keep in mind, this is an H323 instance/extension, I don't believe my configuration of IP Office 500 supports SIP.

Thanks for the replies. Here are the "VoIP" settings on the SonicWall firewall (not my choice to use it, by the way - I'd much prefer an ASA5505 in this install):
The network is as follows:
SonicWall Firewall Interface X0, with VLAN sub-interfaces. The LAN VLAN is 10.1.1.0/24, the Voice VLAN is 10.2.1.0/22.
1. A user directly connected to the LAN VLAN via a Cisco switch connected to X0 can ping 10.2.1.0/22 just fine, and the Softphone application runs...

I have an installation of IP Office R7 (Version 7.0 232702), and I recently installed the "Softphone" that came with the admin CD. I can successfully login to the system and view extensions, etc. The problem is whenever I make a call or receive a call, there is no audio. Any suggestions...
