Thanks for your reply however i fail to see how a single fax machine could answer the same line more than once at the same time - sorry. I did find a fix and that was to disable call queuing in the incoming class of service. Thanks for your time nevertheless.- tmaster100

SLT Card setup in IPK2
I have a SLT(4) card installed in an IPK2 and attached to it's ports are fax machines. This all works well but i have been doing my head in trying to work out how to present an engaged tone to callers when the SLT port is in use.
