Yes I am using MM 5.2 for Exchange, When a voicemail is sent an I don't get email. This what we normally get for a user example A normal priority voice message was left from Larry2649 Cohen2649 2649 at 8:34:03 AM on 5/15/2013.- MercyEngineer

I have the Avaya Modular Messaging 5.2 , I just set the Voicemail to the right class of service to activate email response.
