It was our ISP, they provided us with a static IP address but the router that they gave us was still giving out DHCP addresses, so the ASA was getting a DHCP address when it was connected to the router. Thanks. The box is now back at the remote site, and the tunnel still is not coming up. We did a ping from clients behind the ASA on both sides to try and establish the tunnel connection but its still not connected.- kmunroe03
