Its the same model I got. PSG60-24-04ES by power solve 24.05 volts Also have FSP060-DBAB2 by FSP Group Inc. 24.02 volts I got the same issue with both.- Fretech611

I got the same problem on two sites. I think is an issue with power adaptor. I moved (5) 5410 to the second DS30 as a work around. IP500V2 8.1.69 DS30 connected on Port 1 Power Adaptor is 60W 5420 = 8 5410 = 20 1416 = 1- Fretech611

Cannot fax to certain numbers
I have a customer that cannot fax to certain numbers. Using IP Office 8.0.(53)"Is not the Issue" Used Analog line and have the same problem. troubleshooting: 1. Checked line for dial tone. 2.
