    T7316E "Line in use" Displayed?

    Thanks for the help. We pulled the plug and the battery back-up and that seemed to clear it. We think it maybe related to our hands free unit, which is having some issues. Thanks again.

    T7316E "Line in use" Displayed?

    Hello, Our phone system (Nortel T7316E) has 3 lines coming into it and the 2nd & 3rd lines are lit up and say that the line in use when you try to pick-up that line. No one is using the line and we can not clear either line 2 or 3. Any help would be gerat.
