Have a customer with a Mitel 5000 that has a hunt group that they want to ring busy when no one is available. Right now you get a Mitel msg stating "Ext 2000 is unavailable". I can't locate where this can be changed. announcement = none camp-ons allowed = no overflow = none recall = none

When callers are are is queue or physically placed on hold, MOH will only play for about 10 seconds then dead air. Call is still there and can be picked up but callers don't hear anything. We are using an external repeating play device setup on ext 35. Are there any timers relating to this...

BTW the ext has to have a name associated with it as to be accessed by the dial by name directory

Im wondering how to create a phantom ext on a mitel 3300 for purpose of VM to email on my MAS server. Only options in form are IP device only, Hot desk user, or one of the ip sets? I just need estensions for VM there is no phone for these.

Can I block a specific # coming into a Mitel5000 or could I use a CRT to send it to a phantom VM. Customer is receiving harrassing calls from a number and would just like it blocked from the secretaries having to answer the call.

Have a Spectralink wireless phone and get failed association error. Using Aruba access point. went through Mitel configuration pdf and polycom's configuration pdf. WPA is security. Anybody have trouble and got it to work?
