    Yes the external ip's are in the voib gateway settings. I can access the http interface remotely at the public static ips unless you mean somewhere else?

    One more item each system has a static ip assigned to the voib card directly there is no firewall or router in front of either system directly into Comcast modem/ router (they claim is set up as modem passing all static ip ports through to the static ip)

    Thanks for your reply It is connection between systems. say a station to station call or call transfer from one system to the other over the voib card station (1100 to station 2100 for example) after the call completes another call between buildings will not connect for exactly 2 minutes...
