All sorted now - used the Grp Presence to allow users to leave the ring group and a call forward back in to the ring grp if they are away from desks and a call is direct to the extension instead of getting a busy tone.

Ok - So I have tried that and it works great for the ring group. So if all members of the group are in a meeting and a call is received in to the ring grp in will transfer to a mobile. However if a call is placed to the direct extension it just gives an engaged tone and doesn't go to a mobile...

I have now done the following
Out of hours Stopped and Restarted CMS which got the wallboard back to showing Data and also when I ran the Stop/Start on the wallboards from CMS it all looked ok ( ie whe starting Wallboard did not get Error message walld_s not in Custom...
Currently having issues with wallboards not displaying Data after we had a network issue,
After the network came back up ( CMS server was effected ) the Wallboards where not updating ie The Data was frozen at the time network failed
I tried Stop and Start of wallboards but still not updating...

Firstly many thanks for the feedback,
firstly Fataldata, I have tried changing the Number Format on the Lucent and this makes no difference, Matt 7902516 is a correct number on the Isdx .
Not sure if I explained myself correctly but I can dial over the circuits both ways with no issues...

I have an ISDX CLI I/F connected to a Lucent DS1 I/F set up as a 30 Channel Q931 all is working well with calls routing both ways using routing patterns.
I can,t seem to use the Dial access Code eg 116 on the Lucent ie get a Denial Event when I list Trace Tac 116.
