Question about Disks in AIX
Thanks chgwhat Please tell me how did you know these info and what are ( dac0, dac1 ) and why some disks listed by this way: hdisk0 hdisk1 and other disks listed as: *dac0 *dac1 and other listed as: +hdisk0 +hdisk1 +hdisk2 ------- When I run lspv, I got these result: hdisk0...- MohannadSobhy

Question about Disks in AIX
Hello everybody, Hope you are OK. I ran this command on my AIX server: ( prtconf | grep -i disk ) to see all hard disks I have. But I can not understand the result. When I check the server I find only 2 hard disks ( not as the result shown in the attached photo ) Waiting your answer to explain...- MohannadSobhy
