I have a problem.
I user ICP3300 an I want arrange Agents Shift as offer specified time , DID number Calls connect to these Agents.
for Example : if there is agent :666 in skill group related path 1 , we want from 20pm path 2 connect in addition to path 1 also with together.

We use 6140 software to pop up call information.
In the Call Pad page -called telephone number- DINS returners 3 Digits of Called caller's Customer.
I want to return 4 Digits.
For example :
Caller's Telephone number : 48321025
Called's Telephone Number : 48031-111

Is there any way that Returned the number of digit (DNIS) , The figure rises to four.
Now the figures is 3.
