Not sure if you figured out anything yet. I noticed in Avaya solutions that there was a new release of DMM (1.1.7) that was supposed to take care of the Callpilot issue you're referring to. I have a 4.0 to BCM450(R6) upgrade this weekend if I get the parts. I'll let you know how I make out...
