i should also mention that the equipment Cbeyond provided has a 25pair cable coming out of it that used to punch into the old system.
Their Modem connects to their circuit through 2 pairs and an ethernet line comes out of that and into the unit that has a 25 pair output and 2 ehternet outputs...
That Makes much more sense now. The client has no idea what he bought he just knows it was 400 bucks and that was enough to seal the deal for him.

VM/LT00 slot has a VM card with HDD.
LT01, 02, and 03 have PN-8DLCP Cards.
LT05 has a PN-8LCS card.
LT07 and 08 have PN-8COTP cards.
LT11 has a PN-4DITB card.
and MP12 has a PN-cp24-D card...
