Block unknown callers
No, using the embedded Voicemail. I considered directing to a VM box but no way to route the CLID. Thank you for your reply- mapex35

Block unknown callers
Have an issue with callers with blocked Caller ID, 90% are from the county jail considering we are the County Services building. I want to block these calls and the Service Provider cannot do this. Any guesses? I've beat my resources to death! Mitel 5000 5.1.0.20 Thank you in advance!- mapex35
