    Yesterday I created a broadcast HG that is Ring only for all member DNs. I did this to give our security monitoring company a single DN that will always be manned. Is there a better way or did I actually get it right the first time?

    That was it. Set all DNs to Ring only on all HGs that they belonged to allowed the template to take effect again. God I miss sound powered phones and growlers. Thank you for sharing your knowledge on this subject!

After adding the DNs to the HGs the shortcut buttons on the handsets were reassigned to the HGs and I am not allowed to change the shortcut keys back to the previous settings. How can reassign...
