Just a question we did an upgrade from 9.0 till 1.04 and We cant activate Auto-create Extn or user they stay greyed out
Any of you guys have seen this ? Is there a solution.

Have a question about SIP trunk incomming call route to voicemail?
Incomming call from all unknown numbers must go to voicemail pro module but is refused
programmed like folowing
Trunk 32 to nothing VM:XXXXXX
call is refused and i have no clue why

Hi just upgraded IPO From R9 till R10.1
The customer had Softphones and needs to use Avaya communicator BUT!
In the pas when a user logged on with his Softphone his Hardphone went to log on state
But whit the Communicator it doesnt haw can y fix this

i just installed version 10.1 in ipo 500 V2. I created all the users with a csv file. What i did is checked auto create extension to log on the phone on the network but the phone doesn 't log the extension and it doesn't create the extension in the ipo. it reboots al the time :-(

I installed it from the OVA file and dit the upgrade with the ISO file and all went great till a couple of days ago that it whent wrong
I opened a ticket @ our suplier and waithing for feedback

I installed a couple of days ago an IPO Server edition R10 SP1 in Vm Ware 6.0
Sinds the cut over the customer had some issues that the phones restart without knowing why
So after some investigation whe shut down al services on de server en started them one by one
IPO service start OK
VM...
So the respons off avaya support :-( :-(

i just swap the PSU with a spare one and send the IP 500 with the broken PSU to repair center of http://www.multimessage.co.uk/
They repair it for about 100 € i think
And its always repaired in about 2 week repair and return

can anyone confirm that avaya 2420 and 2402 phones stil work if y upgrade the customer to release 9.1
is there anyone who tested or installed it jet. becouse there is no matrix released jet for 9.1.
