DIVERTION does not work in HUNT GRP
Hi doktor. The queue is set to 0. why when the first extension doesn't answer the call is not diverted? how can i do this? (divert the call when nobody in the hunt group answers the call in "X" seconds? i have to check what happens when are the members in the hunt group are busy.- nanana2
