Thanks for your replay; I informed that there is InToutch1.2SP5 which is working fine with windows 7. I really appreciate sending me SP5 on my e-mail (Mentioned above). Regarding BluStar or ACC from where can I found them? Are they Aastra products? Regards- MD110lover

Dear support; The old “InTouch_Standalone_1.2SP1” softphone is working with windows XP perfectly. (working fan for 15 months so far) However, after Windows 7 upgrade, there is one way speech only “you can hear me but I cannot hear you”.
