Norstar CTA100 devices Not Recognized: UDR008 error
The two affected PCs are Windows XP SP3 with all of the latest patches. While I haven't yet taken the time to compare individual updates which have been applied to those machines as compared to others, I have a fleet of machines which are running a this same TAPI application just fine with XP...- regorob

Norstar CTA100 devices Not Recognized: UDR008 error
I forgot to mention that in my initial post... Thanks for pointing it out... This CTA100 does successfully pass through calls to/from the M7324 attached to this CTA. I would think the physical connection is fine, although I will check on it. Rob- regorob

My company has a Nortel MICS 4.0 system which has been functional for a long time prior to my arrival. However, the the last year, exactly two of my workstations which are connected to CTA100 units have decided they will no longer recognize the CTA100 devices which were attached.
