    Yes. I have checked 5005 and made sure it was setup correctly...I also looked at the number ranges that are working correctly to see how they were setup and tried to setup the range that not working correctly like them. Is there somewhere else in the system that controls what numbers are shown...

    I am having an issue with a range of numbers on our 2000IPS only sending 4 digits out not 7. Because of this the extensions in question cannot call any 1-800 numbers because they need to see all 7 digits.... I have tried setting up the system with cmd 1212 , cmd 1213 , ect. but the extensions...
