Hi Julie, Thanks for your response. I reviewed Jack's macro which was helpful as indicated that it may be difficult to create a solution. Jack's macro appears to provide information a task at a time and may have a hard time identifying tasks in other parent groups. Do you believe it would be...- jdove78

I would be grateful if someone could help me create a task field that would tell me if all the task's predecessors are complete. This would allow me to do some desperately needed filtering. Thanks in advance, Jay- jdove78
