Thanks for your help so far guys It's a one piece - direct from phone to head - no amplifier. Pressing the up key whilst on the line using the headset increases the speaker volume, but still nothing through the microphone. Plantronics Headset not working on Mitel 5324
By 'correct ports' I mean that the headset is plugged into the headset port, and the handset is plugged into the handset port. If these are reversed, there is no audio with the headset button selected, and the set reverts to speakerphone if deselected. Really twisting my melon, as we have one...- alexdunn81
