    Well, This seems to be a problem now considering MOH does not work because I disabled the MTP required. For MTP, do I need to have a config statement on the gateway router for it to work correctly? Thanks

    I had "Media Termination Point Required" checked - I unchecked it and now external calls are able to transfer, hold and route from the CUC.

    Just found out today that its not the CUC, if we call in with an external number and try to put it on hold or transfer it, it wont work. But if we call an extension to extension, they work.

    Yup - internal calls route fine right the extension - any external calls will hit the AA, dial the extension and then you hear dead air - then the call hangs up.

    I have re-created the call handler twice - the handler is able to route internal calls to extensions - where else should I be looking? The reports are showing me that the calls are being handed off to the CUCM.
