    Realtek RTL8139 NIC Issue

    I have an issue with my RTL8139 NIC (onboard, not PCI). So, I did a clean install (WinXP SP3) and when I try to intall the driver it doesn't work. Oddly enough, it does appear in Device Manager with an exclamation sign on its icon so I guess the OS sees it somehow. I tried setting it to 10Mbps...
