Thanks TTech. I have checked and the group is set ok but I still cannot get an answer from the voicemail system. It is only my mailbox though so far - I hit speaker, enter 200 and it just rings with no pickup at all.

Can anyone help with an odd problem? I am trying to sort out an SV8100 with UM8000 unit and the NEC handsets do not show a softkey Vsmg on the screen. I cannot get to voicemail either - it just rings with no pickup or no request to enter password.
Any ideas?
