    Hi folks Can anyone help with an odd problem? I am trying to sort out an SV8100 with UM8000 unit and the NEC handsets do not show a softkey Vsmg on the screen. I cannot get to voicemail either - it just rings with no pickup or no request to enter password. Any ideas? Thanks Glen
