They are PRI's between all (5) locations. all the settings are right on all routes and TN's. This error is being created by all TN's in each route at each site.

Yes I've tried a different port and it will not see it. If I plug the 1408 set into a already existing 1408 port it comes right up. So it's not the phone.

I'm having a problem with a existing 1416 set in port (8)on my IP500 Digital Station. I need to change it to a 1408 set and when I remove the 1416 and plug the 1408 into the port, it doesn't reconize it. It says Unknown digital handset. I've tried rebooting, outing the user programming, but it...
