Need some help to program Operator assisted services (long distance calling and collect calls using 3rd party named 'Conopco') on a 3300 MCD 5.0 SP2 PR2.
I have a user when it goes off-hook, it grabs CO line2 always (seems like pickup dial). Although there a 5 CO lines awailable to call out. Not sure how to take it off. I tried feature 790( clear data), but it didn't helped. Any suggestions?
I have a request from customer who want to "call forward no answer" their main # after 4 rings to an outside number. In the current setup, all phones ring during incoming calls. Any thoughts onhow to proceed with this?
