Yes, I did try the 32-bit and it didn't work. That was the reason for this thread. But it is nice to actually confirm that I am out of luck. That's what I suspected. Thanks!
Thanks for the clarification on the CallPilot software. I am not familiar with it. I just stumbled on it when researching this problem we're having. As far as the Norstar system having a NIC card, yes, ours has a NIC card in the Applications Module.
