CUCM Integration with Opera PMS
Has anyone been involved with the integration of a Property Management System (OPERA) with a CUCM network? We are currently replacing an old 51C Meridian switch with MerMail in a campus housing center and integrating this into the current Cisco Unified Call Manager cluster.
