Thanks for the response but I've tried that it works but it's not what I wanted although the filter is removed the last filter that was run is automatically saved in design changes.
Becaus it see's the changes as minor it saves the filter within design changes when closing the form this causes...
Wonder if anyone can help I've just spent 3 hours trying to install a 160 gig drive (what a pain) now that it's finally in only 153.38 gig is being recognised. Any one have any ideas on were the missing 7 gig could of disappeared to.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Is there anyway of making Access think another instance of the same database is open. This is the only way I can think of to disable autosave of forms after a filter is run.
Thanks for the reply but alas even with the property's changed to design view only, once my filter has run the filter stays in the property's so it still takes an age to close each form.
Anyone know how i can limit the use of my Access database so it only works on one desktop, so if someone were to make a copy it would not work on any other desktop.
I have a set of dates:
Start date 01/01/01
End Date 06/03/01
What I need is to populate a table using these dates so it displays the following:
Start date End Date
01/01/01 31/01/01
01/02/01 28/02/01
01/03/01 06/03/01
Is this possible and how please help.
Thanks
