Hairlesssupportmonkey Sorry for the delayed reply. Thanks for pulling up the link, but unfortunately these are the same ones I found on the sso.avaya.com website and they do not contain IP Office 500 stencils, only IP Office 4XX. Regards, Rumblegut- Rumblegut
