This was resolved now my problem is on incoming calls all extensions seem to ring.. It use to ring like 3 times to the main operator then to the 2nd operator and then ring other extension. What options do I need to check on this?
What options need to be checked, it should ring the operator first then the admin and operator and then a few other extensions but not all. The other extensions not selected can pickup the call but there extensions do not ring.
