    I am not sure how to get the system to send the DDI or CLI from a STN when using SIP trunks. It is just showing the pilot number to the called party. It was easy to do on the ISDN CO but SIP looks very different. Your help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    iPECS outbound DDI fom Hunt Group

    iPECS 5.5 outbound calls from a huntgroup only show the telco pilot number as CID rather than the individual station DDI. I would like it to display the DDI from the station as it does from a station that is not part of a hunt group. These are SIP trunks. Any ideas?

    Faxing via iPECS SLT over SIP trunks problem

    We are Faxing via an iPECS SLT over SIP trunks. Its very unreliable; sometimes we receive faxes sometimes not. Outbound faxing usually fails. This did not happen when using ISDN. Is there any settings in iPECS that can help with this or is it just that SIP does not like FSK? Thanks.

    iPECS 5.5. While a station that is part of a hunt group is ringing that station user cannot use TAPI to dial out. I know this is an unusual situation but we need to be able to make TAPI outbound calls regardless of whether there are inbound calls to the hunt group the station belongs to. I tried...

    Hi. I have a station mailbox at 740. I wish to change the default female greeting by uploading a .wav file I have had created. I have uploaded different system greetings before for use in Hunt group announcements but I am unsure how to do it for the VM greeting. Appreciate someones help. Thanks.
